FUTURA 1.19 - OPERATION

On the top of the machine is a lid that can be opened to 90 degrees to load the pieces of pomegranate. There are two motors, one for the husking and the other one for the waste gate. The intact arils are collected in a stainless steel tray.
An automated gate allows the discharge of waste into a collector situated in the lower part of the machine.

The processor is entirely protected by a 304 stainless steel fairing.

The upper part of the machine can be completely dismantled to allow the correct cleaning and sanitizing.

The trolley, made from stainless steel 304, is strongly anchored to the processor and is equipped with a system for the recovery and disposal of waste.
The space under the trolley is designed to accommodate a receptacle to collect the waste.

FUTURA 2.19 - OPERATION

Futura 2.19 stands out from the standard model with the addiction of the food-grade polyethylene cutting board, allowing an easy cut of the pomegranate in absence of the slicer.
The trolley, made from stainless steel 304, is strongly anchored to the processor and the cutting board, and is equipped with a system for the recovery and disposal of waste.
The space under the trolley is designed to accommodate a receptacle to collect the waste.

FUTURA 3.19 - OPERATION

Futura 3.19 adds to the previous models the ability to obtain the product totally washed and free from residues.
The lighter cica (the aril skin) floats to the surface and is washed away into a side hopper for subsequent disposal. The heavier arils sink to the bottom of the collection tank and a conveyor belt collects and transports them towards the final processing step. Along the belt, before being expelled, the aril is further washed by a jet of water.

MANUAL POMEGRANATE SLICER

Made of 304 stainless steel, the slicer is easy to use.
The destalked pomegranate is positioned in the central housing.
Then the lever that brings the shaped piston to push the fruit towards the extruder is lowered, crossed by blades that cut the fruit into 4 segments.
Correct side slices are then ready to be processed in your Futura unit.
